Precision Sensors line of semiconductor wet process temperature sensors have been designed based on industry feedback requiring reduced response times. The temperature sensors have been designed to offer fast response times and reduced conductivity error. The inline construction allows for easy installation while the PTFE and PFA wetted surfaces allow compatibility with liquid process chemicals.
